My interview went on for more than 1 hour. I was asked technical questions over ASP, MVC, jQuery and SQL server. After the interview HR said that I am technically shortlisted and need to wait for second round. but it was too late for me as i wanted to go for office, so I told them that i will be coming in next week for second round and she agreed and said that HR will contact me to confirm the slot. I waited 1 week and no response received. Despite of me contacting several times they dint pay any attention to me. They dint event bother to tell me the reason behind this unexpected behavior. so finally i sent a mail, the reply was that they are looking for more expertise on MVC then why dint you say it on same day?? why u made such confusion and i was waiting for a positive reponse... Just want to advice the management that don't do such stuffs with other employees and at least have the courtesy of acknowledgement as you are working in corporate world.
