I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TechSee in Apr 2024
Interview
Two months of back-and-forth for a non-executive, not director level role felt unnecessary. I was told twice during the process that there were 4 steps, a presentation being the final step. This took a month and I shared that I had travel at the end of said month, in case schedules didn't align. I completed the 20-min presentation and the 4 people on the call (one I never met prior) confirmed "they'd be in touch". After reaching out to the recruiter, I was informed there were now 2 more steps - would've been 6 total. #5 was scheduled for the 6th week of this process, cancelled the next week when it was supposed to happen, and then after another week I was told they were no longer hiring due to XYZ internal reasons.
