I recently attended a face-to-face interview at this company. The company is quite small, and unfortunately, there was no dedicated space for candidates to have a peaceful interview. The environment was quite distracting, with frequent disturbances. The interview process itself was not well-structured. They asked me to design for an already existing project, which is not the ideal way to conduct a live assignment. Overall, I did not find the experience positive. I completed the assignment as quickly as possible and left the workplace.
