Good interview structure, two phone calls - one with a member of the team, then an in-person with a few technical questions. It was evident that they really care about culture fit and never required a time consuming project. Their employees asked good questions, it was all very welcoming and non-intimidating, which is a big plus in my book for technical interviews.
