Interview
It was a referral drive I was referred by an employee of techM. The interview included four processes which had online Aptitude reasoning and english, essay writing, technical interview and HR. The online written was quite easy but a bit lengthy had to manage with time. I would suggest to attend Aptitude first since it was very easy so you could just finish it with 12-15 mins at max. Then go for reasoning for which u need to a bit sharp the level was average and even English is something which needs to be done calmly. You can move to any section at any time and there was no negative marking. Attend every question. if time does not permit in the last five minutes just go on marking the one u feel is correct even if u are not sure about it. After you submit you will get the result there itself on the screen and if you clear it you will be redirected to another essay test of 10 mins where you need to write an essay on a given topic that will displayed on your screen within 1200 words. After that there was a technical interview wherein they asked questions from my resume regarding the programming skills SQL database , regarding my flexibility to work on different domains and all. About project also. HR was also good and amicable. They asked few managerial questions and few from my resume. They said that will be. sending a confirmation mail once their entire process gets completed and only if the candidate gets a. 1,2 or 3 star based on the profile evaluation at TechM. Waiting for the result on a positive note.
Easy simple and asked basic coding questions and some questions related to Java and oops and projects that I made few questions on sql and asked me to code a easy question

4 rounds, 3 technical and 1 HR,
first round is MCQ, second and third rounds are technical and coding, final round is HR, need to answer 2 coding questions and 1 communication round also
