Two rounds of interview with Manager and Leader to check candidate's technical skills, domain knowledge and also communication skills. Should have basic skills in term of reporting skills which need MS office skills and analytical skills.

Interview
They took 1st round interview whic went well and then HR confirmed its cleared on Thursday and she will confirm the date for 2nd round. On Monday I followed up and she told not selected. Why this kind of process followed?
The interview process is very slow. They take weeks to months to schedule the next round. The interview itself is easy. They do not even call and inform if we are selected to the next round
It was very good overall experience no regrets for attending the interview . Panel is very professional and sound in their domains. They thoroughly step by step asked for all the necessary information very relevant to the project
