It took 2 days.I appeared for Walkin Interview held by Tech Mahindra.
On first day there were two written tests,first was Aptitude/English and second round was J2EE(Servlets andJSP).On day two there was technical round.Technical Interview was good.They will check you resume and ask questions accordingly.

3 processes. smooth
technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
