Very Bad Experience. I will recommend don't go for Interview for Tech Mahindra for Java Microservices Developer. They will waste your time. I have cleared all their 3 rounds of interview process . In HR round they said me will release the offer in next week. Later I did follow up with them but they keep saying me the same thing that they are waiting for Hiring Manager approvals and later they stop answering to me and third party consultant gave me the answer that you offer is not approved due Package. They will just entertain you in interview process and will keep you in queue and side by side they will continue their Interview process. If they will get less package candidate they will not reply or they will not release your Offer. So , please don't waste your time. Go for good Companies. Later they called me again but I said no. First 2 rounds were technical rounds and 3 rd round is HR round.
