It's quite easy to crack the Tech.M written. The first round was written test which is consist of apti, reasoning, eng. in this sectional cut-off is theirs. So try to attempt 75% in each. Next round was Easy writing this was also easy. Nxt was Technical Round in this round they just asked about the project and basic of C which was writtn in my resume, then Human Resources round this was also easy they just check your communication, way of talking. He was just asked me about my Family background, Hobbies, Field of intrest

interview was average not to easy not too tough, asked few questions regarding coding as well, first was telephonic interview with the HR and second was technical interview with the manager, overall was good

technical round, manager round with hr. No written test only logical presentation. very easy process. so you can go to the job no issue. it is easy.
no work pressure
written exam followed by interview with hr and it was moderate interview . But documnet submit process was very lengthy and making bond for 2 year was worse thing which kills some future.
