I recently interviewed for a position at Teceze and successfully cleared two initial rounds. I was invited for a final, in-person interview, for which I arrived 15 minutes early. Unfortunately, the experience was highly unprofessional. Despite being scheduled for 11:00 AM, the interviewer failed to appear. I waited for two hours while the recruitment coordinator repeatedly provided assurances that the interview would start "in 15 minutes." While I understand that unexpected issues can arise in business, the lack of transparency, the inability to manage time, and the continued false expectations were deeply disappointing. As a candidate who invested significant time and preparation into this final stage, I expected a higher level of professional courtesy and communication. I ultimately decided to depart after two hours of waiting. I believe Teceze has a great opportunity to improve their recruitment coordination and respect for candidate time, as this experience did not reflect the professional standard I expected from a firm of this caliber.
