After the initial selection of profiles, I had 2 rounds of interviews with Tecan: one online and one on-site (which was supposed to be the final one). The online interview consisted of general questions on technical and non-technical subjects. The on-site interview was composed of a discussion about the project, a moment to meet all the members of the team, and a C++ exercise, in which I had to review code snippets.
