I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Teavana (Tysons Corner, VA) in Nov 2015
Interview
They ask you about previous experience and some basic interview questions, depending on your manager they will hire you on the spot if you come in person or you should apply online and then come in to check. They start of by getting to know you, my interview was done outside Nordstrom Cafe, they then start asking why you want the job, and what you know about the company and then moving on to the interview questions and the last question would be how much you would want to get paid hourly here and from there depending on your personality type they will hire you.

Interview
The manager was on time and kind. He asked common interview questions and a few advanced because he was trying to see if I would be a good fit for a manager position given my experience. I asked how I did after and he gave a very honest answer which I always really appreciate

Question 1
What would you do if a sales associate wasn't meeting their sales goals?
Very quick interview, not very in depth when it came to my prior experiences. Polite and direct, very clear in laying out the expectations and the requirements of the job.

Interview
The interview process wasn't long or tedious. It took only one interview because the Assistant Manager was out of town assisting another storm. The longest part was waiting for the background check
