Interview with the manager, owner or shift lead, who’s usually a student/young adult. Very casual and easy! Very basic interview questions as well. Nothing to worry about. Light work. Super chill honestly. Search up interview questions online and those are the questions you are asked in the interview you have with teaspoon.

My interview experience was through Zoom, which made it a little bit less nerve-wracking, although I still made sure to dress appropriately and have my whole upper body visible. I luckily met with a very kind manager, and the questions were very straight-forward/standard job interview questions.
