I recieved an invitation to interview two days after the closing date. They gave a date for the following week but the time was to be confirmed the week of the interview , first red flag.
I was asked to do a presentation which had to be submitted the day before the interview date.
After I had finished my presantation I was told to only give “ brief answers” as they had only 45 minutes. If they wanted more information they would ask for it ( second red flag)
For me the interview was so disjointed , questions were about organisational change management and yet the role was as project manager . Yes you can combine some aspects of both to implement the job but that was not part of the job description.
There was no sequence to the style of questioning and it came across as if they had an internal candidate alreadt but they had to go through the motions.
The reviews from the current employees plus my experience made me think that even if i had been offererd the role i would not have accepted it.
A Christian organisation which works with the BAME community butclearly has got a long way in understanding what equality and diversity really means but saying that a lot of slave traders were also Christians so enough said .
