Very positive experience - relaxed interview, really had a sense of the interviewers wanting to get to know me as a person beyond just academics and professional experience. It was very open-ended and my answers led the discussion as opposed to the interviewers running through a prescribed list of questions. Two stage process (an initial virtual interview followed by a writing task and a face to face interview). The experience was very positive and made me really want to join the team, as everyone came across very friendly and welcoming.

The overall interview process was quick and efficient, with some great individuals that I am now glad to call colleagues. Was a two stage interview, which meant I got to be introduced with people I would work with prior and a competency based writing test.
