I applied online and was contacted quickly by HR. The initial process moved fast, with two calls in a short period, and I was informed that I would proceed to the final stage with the CFO for a role based in Berlin.
However, I never received the details required to attend that final interview. I followed up by email, but instead of clarification, I received a generic rejection message approximately two weeks later.
Being advanced to a final stage and then not provided with the necessary interview information, without any explanation, highlights issues in communication and process management within the hiring process.
From a candidate perspective, this resulted in a frustrating and unnecessarily unclear experience.
