TeamKids (Australia) interview questions

Very friendly from the beginning. Spoke about the range of schools and shift options. Shared what a day to day looks like in session. Was a very easy process. Looking forward to starting

Seven questions all up. Can do two takes and select which one you want to upload. I didn’t do a great job at this interview. The seven questions are spot and it was very impersonal. I want successful and received an email letting me know. I have a huge amount of experience and am very good at my job but my interview wasn’t great. I do wonder how companies can put so much weight on interviews and not on experience and references and miss out on good people because they are not good at interviews.
