The interview process was incredibly thorough. They really want to make sure they are picking the absolute best candidate to fill their positions.
I completed four rounds of interviews in total. The first was a quick phone call with a recruiter. This is where expectations were set, as well as the next steps.
The second interview was with the hiring manager and felt more like a conversation than an interview. Usual interview questions were asked like "Why are you looking to join TDX?" an explanation of skills and experience, etc.
The next interview was a presentation given to a selected panel. They really just want to get a feel for who you are as a person as opposed to your knowledge.
Finally, you interview with a senior leadership member.
My interview was done remotely over various mediums.

Interview
Long! I had 8-10 interviews, tests, and a presentation. It was nice to know that the interview process was so selective. I felt super confident in my skill set going into my new job, and pretty good about being a part of the >1% who get an offer!
