Team interview questions

Extremely casual, but they give you a lot of space and freedom to explain to them why you want to work there without them interrupting or bombarding you with questions. Then they will ask questions. I appreciate this form of conversation. Also, the interview was with the CEO and general manager directly. No middle men. I appreciated this, as it was good to know exactly who I would be reporting to.
