      Customer Support Specialist Interview

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Teads (New York, NY) in Mar 2018

      Interview

      There was a phone interview with the hiring manager followed by a second phone interview with the manager in the department. Next I was asked to do an at-home assessment where I got to see examples of the issues I would need to resolve. After that I was invited to an on site interview with several employees. The process was very effecient and the hiring manager did a fantastic job of communicating the next steps promptly. All of the interviews were relaxed and very informative. I felt that I could be myself.
