Phone screen was very disorganized; learned more about the persons personal life than the company itself and it ran over the scheduled time by about 30 minutes. Starting base pay was extremely low and nonnegotiable.
The interview process included a phone screen, a virtual interview, and a final panel conversation. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and prepared. They asked clear questions about my project management style and gave helpful insights about the team and role. The process moved quickly and communication was great from start to finish.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple projects with competing deadlines?
Had screening call and two interviews with different people. Never heard anything back at all after the second one, and even followed up multiple times directly with the recruiter. The interviews were pretty casual and fair.
