First, I was interviewed on the phone. I was then sent questions to write a 2-3 page written response before my one-on-one interview. It was a very pleasant experience. I applied for other positions and I never heard one way or another about them. It seems that you are only notified if you move on in the process, but not if they don't think you are qualified.
