You are selected for the face to face interview after an Essay round, Aptitude test, Telephonic Interview, Model Teaching Session and a written test. Interview is done by a single person( mostly a former fellow). It usually lasts for an hour or so. It was a semi-formal affair.

Inward looking interview. Group discussion psychometric test personal interview. Personal interview was an hour long one. Totally it too 4-5 hours. Recruiters were very friendly. Gave us time to think. People from all over world applied for this.
