I had three rounds of interviews. The first was with the HR representative. The second was with the hiring manager that asked about applicable experience. Both people were very inquisitive and that made me excited about the prospects for the role. The third was supposed to be with three members of the Marketing Team. However, one person - the most senior director - did not show up. And a second person was 20 minutes late to a 45-minute conversation. The third interview seemed to be how big of a golfer I was and what type of a culture fit I would be.
