Taylor & Francis Group Editorial Assistant interview questions

1 HireView video recording and then 1 Zoom interview. Both asked many situational questions, the first less publishing-related explicitly and the second more so. Also asked basic competency-based questions about the office environment.

Multiple rounds of interview with different panels. Around 4 rounds. One is an introductory rounds where your responses are recorded on the interview website. Second round is a time bound written test with questions relevant to the role. 3 round CBI interview (google that yourself), where you have to follow the STAR method. 4 round with HR and manager.
