I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Taylor Wimpey (Solihull, England)
Interview
The interview process had four stages. The first of which was an online situational judgement test, which took around 30 mins to complete.
Next was an online recorded interview, which you record yourself on your phone. The questions are displayed to you, you have around 10 seconds to prepare an answer and around 1:30 to respond on the first try.
Thirdly, a graduate assessment day. This included a case study which you had to analyse a lot of data and present back to two people using a poster created during your 30 mins prep time. After this, there’s an activity which includes working with two other graduates - this was actually really fun.
Finally, an interview with the relevant HR business partner and the divisional chair of the division you’re aiming to join, which involves preparing a presentation.
Overall positive experience and definitely recommend other graduates to apply.

Online interview, assessment day and final interview. Everyone really supportive during the process and nice to be around which made a real difference when feeling nervous unlike other companies that I attended

The process was quite lengthy. It started in the autumn and finished at the end of February. However, it was very smooth and natural without excessive stress. More so a challenge.
