massive waste of time don't bother, look at their reviews first which will tell you everything you need to know about the company. the first three rounds went great, i got moved to each round very quickly, conversations went really well, they seemed to love my background and expertise and asked me loads of questions which i answered extremely well. but in the end got rejected because I guess they're threatened by qualified confident candidates who come from diverse cultural backgrounds because god forbid a woman of color knows she's great at what she does.
