Taylor Construction interview questions

Applied online through Indeed. Received a call a couple days later. Was invited for an interview at Atlanta office. Hired on the spot. Filled out paper application and personality test. Received emails with instructions for employee onboarding. Once complete received a call with my start date.

The man who was supposed to interview me wasn't there so I was interviewed by the head of canvassing. At the end of the interview, he said it felt weird shaking my hand because I'm a woman, which was very sexist.
