Taverna Banfi interview questions

I submitted a resume and discussed the job with a manager. It was an extremely inviting interview and the manager was well informed about the operations of the restaurant. The job description and duties were provided as well as my past experiences.

Very straightforward, asked about experience level, asked about other working experiences outside of serving, strengths and weaknesses, time commitment, what I love about being a server, scenario based questions about working with difficult guests and diners
