Got a call from HR guy for interview. 1st round was Technical. Person named Keshav Murthy took the interview. Though I was not selected, I loved the way he interviewed me. He listened to me what I spoke, asked interesting questions, helped me fill words which I forgot while answering, gave a push by giving a hint when answering complicated questions. In the last part of the interview he asked me some brain storming practical aptitude questions to check decision making and approach management skills. He explained me why he did not select me and convinced me that how I cannot fill the designation what he was looking for. Overall it was a great experience on my Birthday.
