bhushan steel recruits employee only on the refrence system. unless one is not refred by present employee they do not call the candidate for the interview. once called you have to go through a wriiten test and then technichal interview.

Interview
Firstly we need to give an online test which is focused on domain knowledge and aptitude. After this it is followed by Cultural test which aligns with the values and motos of tata steel. Then selected students are called for the interview location chosen by the student during filling the form and finally the results are declared.

It was an medium level interview where they mostly asked me questions on DBMS , SQL query, and my projects. There were three panel members and it was a healthy conversation and interview.
