Got a call from the HR to understand the current role and the compensation. Post which there were 3 interviews conducted.
First round was role relevance round with the head, second was the analytical round which had business case to solve. last was the culture fit round.

How did you solve a business problem in your previous organisation?
It was an 3 rounds process focusing on various parameters in all 3 rounds.
First round is all about the current experiences you hold. Second would be technical all about the ops, case scenarios, e-commerce knowledge and third would be all about fashion knowledge.

The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Tata CLiQ (London, England)
Interview
The interview went on for whole day. They realized very late that the number of experience I have is less than what they wanted. But they made me comfortable, gave breaks in between the interview to relax.
