Interview
The initial interview was quick, and they tested your communication skills with unconventional questions. The final interview was less than 30 minutes, and they mostly asked about your experience and background. Within the day, they will inform you if you pass the final interview

There were 2 rounds of interview and both were simple, you just need to have good conversation skills and confidence. You can opt for virtual as well as on-site interviews

They explained the role, shifts, and salary structure clearly.
Round 1 – HR Screening
Basic introduction about myself, my background, and why I want to join TaskUs.
Questions about communication skills, flexibility with shifts, and knowledge about the company.
Round 2 – Communication/Voice Assessment
A short test to check English fluency, pronunciation, and clarity.
Reading passages, listening comprehension, and a mock customer call scenario.

Interview
The interview was good. The interview was held on Zoom, and the duration of the interview was 10 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, there were a total of 10 candidates in the meeting.
