Very accommodating and down to earth recruiters. Timely update whether by phone or email and they do not rush you. They give ample time for the requirements for you finish them and the process is comfortable.
Smooth, checking for ability to have a regular conversation and not rely on a script. Initially conducted over the phone or online - to check your background shift preference and basic skills. It progresses to an exam and then an Ops interview with the final interview usually conducted by the client

HR screening , L1 round more with ops manager as what was your career journey so far. L2 with Sr director who were rude and throwing up all their frustration and asking irrelevant questions and trying to prove you wrong and how incapable you are as a candidate.

Did not mention in the JD that it's a voice process. At the time of interview they told me that it's a voice process which was quite surprising for me.
