Recruiter reached out and asked for a phone call. That call went well, then we proceeded to a technical phone interview a few days later with a team lead. He asked about my work history and skills. We had a good time talking and it ended on a solid note. After a few days, I reached out to the recruiter to follow up. She said she was just about to talk to her manager about me and would get back to me that day.... Nothing later that day. A few days after THAT, I follow up again, she said she was talking to the VP of engineering about me and was just coordinating with the right team of where I would be a good fit and that she'd get back to me by the end of the day. Nothing. Finally a few days later, I sent another email asking if there was anything I could do to help this process move forward. No response this time, but a few days later, through the recruiting portal was notified that my process was ended. Looked like a good company, was really excited about it, but was really unimpressed with the experience, lack of communication, and follow through.
