1 phone call with a recruiter
1 phone call with the hiring manager
1 onsite with a panel of 5-6 interviewers
Most interviewers were late and one didn't even show up.
There was obviously no interview plan because they asked the same generic questions
I watched videos and read articles about Tanium, but it wasn't needed because there were zero questions about how much i knew about the company and/or industry
If you're interviewing for a recruiter position, just be extra friendly. They're looking for a culture fit only.
