Technical stage is quite basic - a regular discussion of experience and typical for Java backend development topics, nothing specific. Besides technical interview, there were 4 behavioral/culture fit interviews, quite basic as well. The whole process looks a bit drawn out. Some of head of HR's comments were weird.
