Interview
Quick and decisive. They have you meet with the office manager, the help desk supervisor and one of there agent, pretty casual and straight forward. It took about 45-60 minutes. They explain the position and ask about your phone skills, and customer service. They gave me a decision 45 minutes after I had left, which I accepted.
