Tango Devops Engineer interview questions

I was reached out to by a recruiter and they requested a short phone screen with me. After a few days I was reached out by someone who discussed the company with me and wanted to know if I would be interested in interviewing. I submitted my resume and waited a few days to be contacted back. After 4 days I was informed that they did not want to interview me. I feel this company is wasting people's time by reaching out before making sure they would be a good candidate.
