Tangelo interview questions

30-mts screening call with a recruiter to discuss mainly compensation and job duties. She pushed my profiled to the next round with the Hiring Manager. I had a second video call with the hiring manager (Chief of Partnerships/Health Plans). Hiring manager was condescending, entitled, asked very little questions, disengaged and implied at some point I was not qualified for the job. Call ended abruptly after a few minutes. Bad candidate experience, very unprofessional.

Ghosting at its best. Applied online, had a screening with a recruiter, received a requested to submit availability submitted availability, then... nothing. Circled back to the recruiter but received no answer. Such a level of unprofessionalism is astounding. While it's always better to learn early that the people you were considering are not worth it, I still lost one hour of my time meeting with them.
