I had first round with one of the principal of this position via MS Teams. I was so excited in prior of the interview because Tandem is doing a business for humanitarian manner. I wanted to be part of this great company to help people illnesses. I was expecting more professional behaviors during interview. Interviewer ate something during interview and left interview at least 3 times for some reasons. I felt also she wanted to end interview earlier. Also, I felt she does not have any preparation of the questions and not having so experience. I have interviewed a lot of people so far in my career as a leader interviewer. It seemed questions are so out of context. She asked "If code does not ready for testing, what should you do". I asked 2 times to open the question but she did not explain it. So, if code is not ready, what can QA do it? Code is not ready, means code is not in your QA environment and that's meaning you are not able to test it. It was funny. I am writing first time a feedback after one interview because I believe this humanitarian company deserves more professionalism.
