I was hired on the spot, WHAT you do NOT know is that you have to memorize an entire script. And lotions and sales sheet. The " salon tour" is like three pages long and you have to memorize word by word and repeat it to the owner before you are hired

It was fairly easy since I had been with the company on and off for over a decade so was re-hired on the spot. We spoke about my experience with the company and industry as well as what I could bring to the table. He was mostly more concerned with how quickly I could start.

Tons of fun! They make you feel right at home and welcome . Asks you lots of PERSONAL questions- in regards to growth and personality. Easy, and one on one. Friendly and made sure I was comfortable with the questions.
