Pero nunca te dirán nada si no te dan el puesto, después de dedicarles tanto tiempo para las entrevistas.

In the first round, I had an AI interview where I recorded audio responses to pre-set questions. The next step was a call with an AI recruiter, followed by an interview with the Head of Product. Right at the start of our conversation, he mentioned that a key part of the role required certain skills that weren’t listed in the job description. Fortunately, I had those skills, so we continued the discussion. The interviewer made a great impression, and the interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation. I thought it went well. However, I never heard back from them. They had promised to follow up within a few days, but after four weeks and two follow-ups from my side, I never received a response. It was confusing.
