4 fases do processo de recrutamento:
- Conversa inicial com RH.
- Desafio técnico para fazer em casa e enviar.
- Entrevista técnica para discutir o desafio muito brevemente, e depois questões técnica sobre cenários hipotéticos que vão surgindo da conversa, para saber que soluções o candidato adotaria em cada situação.
- Entrevista com managers mais focada em soft skills e para conhecer o candidato.
- Apresentação de proposta.

Technical round conducted covering all the topics like Apex, triggers, integration and admin based on your resume. Started with basic questions in Admin on profiles and role then scenario level questions on it. Then the sharing rules and restrictions
