First we had a screener. I got called in for a 2nd interview, went well. Asked me to complete a test that required me to learn their system, took about 20 hours total, unpaid. Called in for a 3rd interview with one additional team member added to the interview. Said I was a top candidate. Asked to do a 4th interview. Then got an email saying the process was delayed, then got another interview saying they couldn't hire yet because their funding was in flux but said I could write for them. Honestly, I think they just put these jobs up to fish for ideas. I wouldn't interview with them again if my life depended on it
