Talentopedia interview questions

Contacted by Talentopedia to complete a testing process. They urged me twice to take the test; it took me three days from initial contact to complete—one section of the test is a full 3.5 hours, so I had to find childcare. I am pretty much at the top of my game and I spent a lot of time taking the test. Three days later I have yet to hear back from them; I would have expected a quicker response.
