Standard telephone screen with a promise "to get back to you in the next few days". Crappy email sent 3 weeks later saying how busy they had been - zero candidate experience.
pretty well. I enjoyed the process all around it was a very swift and quick phone screen interview I enjoyed everything along the way. i am ecstatic by how fast the process was for a follow up call.

Interview
Three recruiters reached out separately to me in a matter of two days. Clearly, they're not on the same page over there. Very impersonal and transactional in their communication. They set up a phone interview then disappeared. Had the phone interview and then no contact. Poor candidate experience. Not worth joining a team like that.
