it was great a bit long but people were friendly and the selection process was fair although the scheduling process was a. bit long otherwise I was pleased with the candidate experience

Interview
I was headhunted by a recruiter from the parent company Barker Ross Recruitment and invited for a formal interview with Mike Trevor, who was the CEO at the time. Later I met with Helen Hughes, the Head of Operations. Helen was an incredible person, full of energy and enthusiasm for the model. Mike Trevor was a very friendly chap, very informal and spoke his mind! I also met with two other employees and I believe their opinion was also utilised?
