I submitted an application on LinkedIn and got a message for a phone interview later that day. I was then invited to the Greenville office for an in-person interview. The interview process moved quickly and the communication was fast. They were very direct and clear about location and interview expectations.

One on one interviews with the different members of the company. First interview was basic get to know you questions. The second was understanding the responsibilities of the role and learning about the pay.

Interview
2-3 step interview process. You come in for the 1st interview, it is about 20 minutes long. The manager just gets to know you better and about your work background and then explains the position to see if it is a good fit. Then you come in for a 2nd interview if you get a call back, this interview is longer. You meet with someone else and they go over the job in more detail, they go over the pay the training, the whole nine yards. Then you fill out a questionnaire on the interview and sit down for a potential final interview after that.
