Head of company emailed and scheduled time with me. First round interview span roughly two hours, talked with two different management level. The next round involves a take home test.

Two interviews are conducted online. Both are brief interviews. Background and experience are also important. If you have won awards in related fields, you are more likely to be accepted. Additionally, your conduct is of utmost importance. We will not hire anyone who puts pressure on you through communication or negatively affects your colleagues. You may also apply through employee referrals. It doesn't matter if the position you want to apply for is not listed on our website. You just need to make a connection with an employee. That's fine.
